StoryJam Summer Challenge

Supporting SceneCraft Educators 


Overview

StoryJam gives educators an opportunity to receive support in using SceneCraft and to be compensated in using it in the classroom. StoryJam Challenges require educators to use SceneCraft with students, share your experience with the team and peers, and receive a gift card of up to $300 for your time! Read more details here .

Challenge signups will end September 15 or until all slots have been filled. All Challenge activities must be completed by September 30.

Who can participate

Any educator who works with K-12th grade students in the United States can receive compensation. Though we do not recommend SceneCraft for K-2 students.

While anyone can choose to participate, there is a limited number of slots for some of the challenges, which require advanced sign ups.

  • Verify that you are an educator at a school or organization serving K-12 students
  • Use the story with your students and take a picture to show you have done so.
  • Submit a complete project submission using this form including sharing links to your finished story and uploading the file for others to remix.

How to participate

Prepare to Use SceneCraft

Attend a workshop or virtual session or explore SceneCraft resources on this site. Choose how you would like your students to engage with SceneCraft.

Use SceneCraft with your Students

SceneCraft can be used with students in classrooms, afterschool programs, or any other educational setting. You must use it with at least 10 students.

Share the story you create in the community gallery so other educators can be inspired by your ideas! Complete a feedback form to share your experience
